A powerful, full body workout using the ball, ankle weights and hand weights. We start down on the mat to warm up the core with a spicy ab series over the ball before coming into a full body four point series that may or may not end in a side plank. Our standing series is quick but killer with the ball under the heel on the working leg. Enjoy!
