A slow and controlled lower body burn targeting the glutes, quads and calves for day sixteen. Get ready to feel the burn. We start down on the mat with a bridging series to activate the glutes and warm up the ankles before transitioning into a four point series to kick start our single leg work. We work through the left side before transitioning through centre to move onto the right. Enjoy!
