This class involves advanced movements, so please remember to modify exercises to suit your body, pause the video to take breaks when needed and take everything at your own pace. We work through single side supine core work to begin before progressing onto an advanced reverse table top series, followed by a dynamic plank series. Prepare for three sequences of standing work using the block! A classic sweat and sculpt, the perfect combination of strength based pilates and HIIT.
