55 MINUTE FULL BODY SWEAT & SCULPT: WEIGHTS + BALL + ANKLE WEIGHTS
FULL BODY WORKOUTS
•
55m
This workout is not for the weak. 55 minutes of quad, glute, upper body and core work that will have you shaking like never before. A true test of both physical and mental strength. Be ready for some new moves in our core series, the reappearance of a favourite bridging series from our Sweat & Sculpt Challenge, a donkey kick to plank flow, some serious layers in our standing series and a thigh stretch finisher.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
Enjoy!
