NOTE: We apologise for the playback issues experienced within the audio of this video during the final ten minutes of class. Please expect two brief cuts in audio at minute 36 and 39. We have since upgraded our microphone plug in to ensure this issue does not happen again.
A dynamic Stronger class made up of compound sequences of movement that target the core and upper body whilst primarily focusing on the glutes. Expect to start with weighted bridging to activate the glutes before coming up to standing. We work through split squats, curtsey lunges, glute biased RDLs, narrow squats and 90 90 switches to hit the glutes from all angles. Be ready for a powerful and fun plank finisher.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
Enjoy!
